Data we collect
- Shop owners: email, shop name, address, barber names, services, prices and settings.
- Booking customers: name, phone number, chosen service and time, optional review.
- Technical data: device and usage information to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
To provide bookings, reminders, schedules and reports; to support shops; and to improve ZOODI. We do not sell personal data. Customer data belongs to the shop and is only visible to that shop.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment provider; ZOODI does not store card numbers.
Storage and security
Data is stored with secure cloud providers, protected by access controls. Customers manage bookings through private links without accounts.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing us. Shop owners can delete their shop at any time.
