Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ZOODI (https://zoodi.app), an online booking and shop management software service for barbershops, hair salons and spas. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. The service
ZOODI provides a booking link, QR code, schedule view, barber management, walk-in and revenue tools. Customers of a shop can book without creating an account. ZOODI is software only; each shop is responsible for its own services, prices and customers.
2. Accounts
Shop owners must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Plans and payment
ZOODI offers two paid plans, Pro Team (1–5 barbers) and Pro Unlimited, as monthly or yearly subscriptions billed in advance at the prices shown on our Pricing page. Online payments may be processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes and invoices. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
4. Free trial and cancellation
New shops get a one-time 30-day Pro Team trial at no cost and without a payment card. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then bookings are paused until you renew. Billing questions go to support@zoodi.app.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use ZOODI for illegal activity, spam, or to access other shops' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable service but provide ZOODI "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continued use means acceptance.
